What is the Return policy?
- Due to the nature of custom embroidered Quran covers, all personalized or custom-made items are final sale
- For non-custom items like our Qurans, we accept returns given that they are unused and show no signs of wear-and-tear. We accept returns for those items under the following conditions:
* Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
* Item must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Shipping fees (if applied) are non-refundable
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace or resolve the issue promptly.
- We do not offer exchanges on custom items. Exchanges for eligible non-custom items are subject to availability and approval.
- For return-related inquiries, contact us at thewovenfaith@gmail.com . We respond within 24 hours.
What size do the covers come in?
- We currently only have one sizing option for our custom Quran Covers.
- Dimensions for all covers: 8.5 in x 13 in
- Dimensions for all Qurans: 8 in x 5.5 in x 1-2 in (Standard Quran Size)
- All of our custom Quran cover options are perfect fits for our available Qurans and match luxury standards.
- We are looking into increasing our sizing range as our next step for expanding our business. Your support is what drives our innovation!
When will I get my order?
Pre-Ramadan and Ramadan Timing
Orders made at in-person Bazaars automatically get priority production.
- Michigan Ramadan Market (Jan. 17th) orders are estimated to be ready by Feb. 1st.
-MCM (Feb. 1st) orders are estimated to be ready by Feb. 17th
- FIC (Feb. 8th) orders are estimated to be ready Feb. 31st
-UMMA (Feb. 15th) orders are estimated to be ready by Feb. 31st
- Orders placed on the website during or before Ramadan will take 3 - 5 weeks to be ready for pick-up/delivery
- The shop will be taking orders during the last ten days of Ramadan and two days of Eid Al-Fitr. However, none of the orders made during that time will process until AFTER Eid. Those orders will be completed within the timing below.
Post-Eid Timing
- Once an order is made, it enters the queue for production 24 hours later.
- We guarantee for all orders of 4 or less Quran covers that they ship or are ready for pickup 10 to 15 days from the order date. As for orders of 5 or more, the customer can expect an email with an accurate estimate, or they may reach out prior to placing an order as well.
- Our trusted shipping carriers deliver our packages across the United States within 2-5 business days.
Can I Request Gift Packaging?
- You do not need to! All of our products are packaged beautifully and ready to be gifted right away. You may always contact us for any concerns regarding gifts.
To What Extent do I customize my cover?
- Our Quran covers are fully customizable in terms of fabric and thread colors. We have 8 fabric options and over 50 thread options, with the most popular being gold, silver, and black.
- Depending on the design, customers may have a choice in up to 5 different thread colors for one Quran cover
- We also take pride in customizing our Quran covers with embroidered names. The name is always embroidered in Arabic in the Thuluth font unless otherwise requested. Customers may write"no name" under the name prompt if they do not wish for their Quran cover to have the name feature.
- Our Quran cover designs are unique to their patterns and motifs. Customers may choose to disable embroidery for any pattern. However, a request must be sent within 24 hours of making the order for the edits to be taken into account. Such requests may be made by emailing thewovenfaith@gmail.com
- Customization beyond anything listed, such as creating new designs or special requests for fabric color and type can be discussed case by case.
What Type of fabric are the covers made from?
- Our Quran covers are made using premium chenille fabric. Chenille Quran covers are as soft as velvet ones, but are more firm and durable.
- The chenille fabric we use comes in 8 different colors which are available for all of our Quran cover designs. These colors are Cream, Green, Blue, Navy Blue, Silver, Pink, Black, and Brown.
- After embroidery is completed, the chenille fabric is then padded with heavy interfacing for a high-end, premium feel.
- The Quran covers are all customized, embroidered, and assembled by hand and go through a quality test before shipping/pick-up to ensure customers will be pleased with them.
Do You offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts year-round and on special occasions as well. All available discounts are below.
Year-round discounts:
- All Qurans are automatically discounted when paired with a cover.
- Free shipping year-round to ALL national orders.
- Please email for bulk discounts or Quran competition sponsoring inquiries. The general bulk discounts are:
10% off for 3-4 covers
15% off for 5-9 covers
25% off for 10+ covers
