Why The Woven Faith

Assalamu Alaikum, my name is Ameen Alsubee, founder of The Woven Faith. I merged love for the Quran with skill in embroidery and design, combining craftsmanship with reverence to create something meaningful for myself and others.

A Personal Journey

I began memorizing the blessed Quran at a young age and can attest to the challenges, yet outstanding beauty of having a journey with the it. I completed my memorization at 17 years old, and put it upon myself to aid others in my community in weaving tight bonds of love with the blessed book.

During my time memorizing, my grandmother gifted me a cover for my Mushaf. It was a small gesture, yet it made my Quran feel as if it was solely my own, and the journey I had with it was personal to me as well. It stitched a new bond between me and the Quran — a bond that was not there before.

From Inspiration to Craft

The Woven Faith was established to recreate that bond in every person who owns a Quran. Each cover is thoughtfully designed to weave cultural and symbolic motifs with personalization and resonance. The designs, a product of craftsmanship, are woven into the softest of fabrics, then padded for premium protection and comfort. I never allow decoration to supersede reliability, but rather I invite both to exist at once, perfectly woven into each other.
